About us

MyDrively was created from real-world dealership experience.

Before building MyDrively, we worked with selling new cars across multiple automotive brands and experienced firsthand how fragmented and manual test drive management could be.

Like many dealerships, we relied on standard calendars and disconnected routines to manage bookings, customer communication, and vehicle availability.

While these processes often worked, they were heavily dependent on individual routines rather than a standardized workflow. Visibility was limited, follow-up varied between salespeople, and gaining meaningful insights into test drive activity was often difficult.

Some salespeople sent calendar invites. Others manually wrote SMS reminders or e-mails. Sometimes follow-ups were forgotten altogether. There was no consistent process, limited reporting, and little visibility across teams.

We also experienced how unclear vehicle availability could create frustration in daily operations:

“Who has the car this weekend? Is it with a customer or a colleague?”

At the same time, we knew how important every single test drive was. Test drives are among a dealership’s most valuable sales opportunities, and reducing no-shows, improving customer communication, and saving time can directly impact both sales performance and profitability.

We believed there had to be a better, more professional, and more standardized way to manage these workflows — accessible anywhere, on any device, and designed for both individual dealerships and dealer groups.

That idea became MyDrively.

Today, MyDrively helps dealerships simplify bookings, improve customer communication, standardize routines across teams, and gain better visibility into one of the most important parts of the sales process.

We know dealership operations are constantly evolving, and we believe the best software is built together with the people who use it every day.

That’s why we actively listen to feedback from salespeople, managers, and dealerships to continuously improve MyDrively and make everyday operations simpler, smarter, and more efficient.
